Schedule:On Our Calendar
Establish and maintain relationships with local hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, clinics, and other referral sources
Proactively seek out potential clients and families for our hospice services
Coordinate referral process for patients starting hospice services
Degree in Business/Marketing/Healthcare
2+ years experience in Healthcare or Marketing related field (Hospice experience preferred)
Current and valid driver’s license
Excellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship building
